Cancelling Your Appointment

When you receive an appointment at the practice, please ensure that you arrive on time for an in person appointment.   For telephone consultations please ensure you are available to answer the telephone with a good signal if you have a mobile ‘phone.   The clinicians will call you as near as they can to your appointment time but please allow flexibility around this time.  If you can no longer make your appointment, it is very important you let the practice know so this can be offered to another patient. A lot of money is wasted in the NHS every year by patients who do not attend a booked appointment.

If you receive an appointment reminder via text message and want to cancel it, you can text back CANCEL which will immediately cancel the appointment. Alternatively, you can call your practice to cancel your appointment.
